November 2005

With a first offence, he got license taken for 60 days, fines of 2000, 24 hours of community service, had to sit on victims impact panel and he also had to do D & A counseling. I seen the community service paper, he missed a day so they gave him to more in addition to the missed day. Sop he was at five, and he missed another one of those days so they gave him two more. With a DUI arrest, he lost his job as a cab driver.

He was living with a male friend so he would stop by and visit with the kids or take out youngest to visit for the weekend. He would stop and talk with me on a limited basis, when he felt like talking.

The fines were taken out of his paycheck and I knew he was still working as we got child support, so I assumed the fines were paid. He managed to do all seven days of community service, and I know the license was gone.
